If you contact a business through the Site, request an estimate, or submit another service inquiry, we may collect the information you provide in that request, including your contact information, location or service address, requested service, project details, and message.
If you purchase a paid listing, subscription, advertising placement, or another paid service, we may collect billing contact information, transaction information, subscription status, payment status, transaction identifiers, and related records. Payment card information may be processed directly by a third-party payment processor. We generally do not receive or store complete payment card numbers.
2. Business Information From Public and Third-Party Sources
Top100Review.com is a business directory. We may create or supplement business listings using information obtained from publicly available sources, business websites, professional directories, public records, licensing sources, manufacturer or association directories, social-media pages, mapping services, data providers, or other legitimate sources.
This information may include a business name, address, telephone number, website, service area, services offered, business category, business representative or owner name, publicly available credentials, photographs, and other business-related information.

We may also send marketing communications where permitted by applicable law. Marketing emails will include a method to unsubscribe. Account, security, billing, legal, and other transactional communications may still be sent when necessary.

Information submitted for inclusion in a public business listing is intended to be publicly available.
This may include the business name, business telephone number, business address, website, service area, description, services, photographs, logo, business credentials, reviews, ratings, social-media links, and other listing information.
Do not submit personal information to a public listing that you do not want displayed publicly.
Reviews, ratings, comments, usernames, photographs, or other content that you choose to publish may also be visible to other Site visitors.
9. Contacting Businesses Through the Site
When you choose to contact a listed business, request an estimate, or submit a service inquiry, the information necessary to process that request may be provided to the business you selected.
Once the information has been delivered to that business, the business may process the information under its own privacy practices. Top100Review.com does not control how an independent business uses information after it receives a user-initiated inquiry.
Users should review a business’s own privacy practices where appropriate.
10. Reviews and Comments
If reviews, ratings, or comments are enabled, we may collect the information entered into the review or comment form, together with information such as IP address and browser information for spam prevention, security, moderation, and abuse detection.
Reviews and comments may be publicly displayed.
We may moderate, remove, restrict, or retain submitted content where necessary to enforce Site rules, address fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect users and businesses.
If an avatar or similar third-party profile service is enabled, that service may process information necessary to display the avatar or profile.

Listings and other pages may contain maps, videos, social-media content, widgets, advertisements, or other embedded content supplied by third parties.

Business account registration, business listing management, and paid services are intended for adults who are legally able to enter into contracts.

Where permitted by law, we may also send promotional or marketing communications.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or data collection practices of websites that we do not operate.
Visiting an external website is subject to that website’s own privacy policy and terms.
