These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Top100Review website, business directory, business listings, memberships, promotional services, reviews, forms, communications, and related services offered through Top100Review.com.
By accessing or using Top100Review, creating an account, submitting information, claiming or managing a business listing, purchasing a membership or service, submitting a review, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Top100Review.
1. ABOUT TOP100REVIEW
Top100Review is an online directory and promotional platform designed to help consumers discover local service providers and to help local businesses present information about their services.
Top100Review may provide business listings, business profiles, reviews, contact and inquiry features, newsletter promotion, Facebook Group promotion, advertising opportunities, and other related services.

2. TOP100REVIEW IS A DIRECTORY, NOT THE SERVICE PROVIDER
Businesses listed on Top100Review are independent businesses.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Top100Review does not own, operate, employ, supervise, control, or manage the businesses listed on the platform.
Top100Review is not a party to agreements between consumers and listed businesses.
Any service contract, estimate, payment, warranty, appointment, inspection, repair, installation, project, or other transaction entered into between a consumer and a listed business is solely between those parties.
Consumers are responsible for determining whether a business is appropriate for their needs before hiring or paying that business.
3. NO GUARANTEE OR ENDORSEMENT OF LISTED BUSINESSES
Top100Review may display information supplied by businesses, consumers, public sources, third-party sources, or information collected by Top100Review.
The presence of a business on Top100Review does not, by itself, constitute a guarantee, certification, recommendation, or endorsement of that business.
Top100Review does not guarantee that any business is currently licensed, insured, bonded, certified, available, qualified for a particular project, or compliant with every applicable law unless Top100Review expressly states that a particular item has been independently verified.
Businesses remain responsible for maintaining all licenses, insurance, registrations, permits, certifications, and other requirements applicable to their activities.
4. BUSINESS INFORMATION
Business listings may include information such as:
- business name;
- location;
- phone number;
- website;
- services;
- service areas;
- photographs;
- video;
- social-media links;
- licenses;
- certifications;
- warranties;
- financing information;
- emergency-service information;
- business descriptions;
- reviews;
- contact or inquiry options; and
- other information relevant to the business.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that information they submit or approve is accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading.
A business must promptly notify Top100Review if material information in its listing changes.
Top100Review may edit formatting, spelling, layout, categorization, metadata, or presentation without changing the substantive meaning of approved business information.
5. FREE BUSINESS LISTINGS
Top100Review may offer businesses a Free Listing.
A Free Listing may include basic business information such as the business name, city and state, Residential / Commercial designation where applicable, main services, phone number, one business photo, and customer reviews.
The business may be required to provide information necessary for Top100Review to prepare or update the listing.
Top100Review may review submitted information before publication.
A Free Listing does not include paid Founders membership benefits unless expressly stated otherwise.
Top100Review may modify the features available with Free Listings in the future.
6. FOUNDERS ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
The Founders Annual Membership is currently offered at $399 per year, unless a different price is displayed at the time of purchase.
Founders Annual includes an enhanced business listing and promotional benefits described on the applicable Top100Review sales or checkout page.
The current Founders Annual package includes:
Enhanced Business Listing
The enhanced listing may include a logo, up to 20 photographs, one video, an SEO-oriented business profile, About section, services, service areas, relevant business credentials, reviews, contact information, website and social-media links, and other applicable business information.
One Newsletter Feature Every Month
Founders Annual includes one Top100Review newsletter feature each month.
Before publication, Top100Review may contact the member to obtain an offer, promotion, news item, seasonal service, announcement, certification, project, financing offer, emergency availability, educational information, or another relevant business update for the feature.
Company Introduction in the Main County Facebook Group
Top100Review will provide a company introduction in the applicable primary/main Top100Review county Facebook Group associated with the business.
The introduction may invite members who have previously worked with the company to share their experience.
Facebook Group availability remains subject to Facebook’s platform availability, policies, technical functionality, and continued operation.
7. FOUNDERS ANNUAL RENEWAL
[CHOOSE THE VERSION THAT MATCHES YOUR CHECKOUT]
Option A — Automatic Renewal:
Founders Annual renews automatically each year at the then-applicable renewal price unless the member cancels before the next renewal date. The applicable renewal terms and price will be disclosed at or before purchase and as otherwise required by applicable law.
Option B — Manual Renewal:
Founders Annual does not automatically renew. At the end of the paid membership period, the member must purchase another annual term to continue receiving Founders Annual benefits.
Cancellation of a membership does not create a right to a refund except as expressly provided by the applicable refund policy or required by law.
8. FOUNDERS LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP
The Founders Lifetime Membership is currently offered at $999 as a one-time payment, unless a different price is displayed at the time of purchase.
10 LISTINGS PER COUNTY
Founders Lifetime availability is limited to 10 Founders Lifetime listings per county.
Once all available Founders Lifetime listings for a county have been sold or allocated, Top100Review may stop accepting additional Founders Lifetime memberships for that county.
Founders Lifetime includes the enhanced business listing described above without an annual Founders membership renewal fee, together with the additional Lifetime benefits described below.
9. FOUNDERS LIFETIME NEWSLETTER PROMOTION
Founders Lifetime includes 4 newsletter features every month — 48 features per year.
The member may use these features for relevant business content such as offers, promotions, seasonal services, company news, announcements, projects, educational information, certifications, events, emergency availability, financing offers, or other appropriate business updates.
Content remains subject to Top100Review publishing standards and applicable law.
Top100Review may determine the publishing schedule within the applicable month.
10. FOUNDERS LIFETIME COUNTY FACEBOOK GROUP INTRODUCTIONS
Founders Lifetime includes a company introduction in every applicable Top100Review county Facebook Group corresponding to counties in which the company provides services.
The business is responsible for accurately identifying the counties it serves.
Top100Review may request confirmation of service areas before providing county-specific promotional benefits.
Facebook Group benefits depend on the existence and continued availability of the applicable Top100Review Facebook Group and on Facebook’s policies and functionality.
11. FOUNDERS LIFETIME SPONSOR ACCESS
Founders Lifetime includes Sponsor Access in one primary county Top100Review Facebook Group.
The Lifetime member may publish 1 business post every week in that primary county group, subject to the group rules and these Terms.
Permitted posts may include business offers, promotions, project photographs, company news, videos, seasonal reminders, educational content, events, service updates, and other relevant local business content.
Sponsor Access does not give a member ownership or administrative control over the Facebook Group.
Top100Review may remove posts that violate group rules, applicable law, Facebook policies, or these Terms.
12. NEW-SUBSCRIBER OFFER PLACEMENT
Founders Lifetime includes the ability to provide an eligible business offer for placement in a Top100Review onboarding email sequence for new subscribers.
Eligible content may include a coupon, special offer, promotion, free inspection, consultation, seasonal offer, or another qualifying incentive.
The business is responsible for ensuring that all offer terms are accurate and for honoring the offer as presented.
The business must promptly notify Top100Review when an offer changes, expires, becomes unavailable, or contains information that is no longer accurate.
13. MEANING OF LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP
A Founders Lifetime purchase means that the member is not required to pay an annual Founders membership renewal fee for the applicable Lifetime membership.
Lifetime membership does not guarantee that Top100Review, its website, any particular feature, newsletter, Facebook Group, third-party platform, or technology will exist indefinitely.
Top100Review may modify the technical method used to deliver substantially equivalent membership benefits where reasonably necessary because of changes in technology, third-party platforms, law, or the operation of the service.
Lifetime membership remains subject to these Terms and may be suspended or terminated for material violation of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, abuse of the platform, or other grounds described below.
14. DONE-FOR-YOU BUSINESS PORTFOLIO SETUP
Top100Review may offer an optional Done-for-You Business Portfolio Setup for $299 as a one-time service.
The Done-for-You service is separate from Free, Founders Annual, and Founders Lifetime membership fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
For this service, Top100Review may:
research publicly available information about the business; collect available business information; organize services, service areas, credentials, and other relevant information; prepare an SEO-oriented business profile; incorporate approved logos, photographs, videos, and social links; and build the completed Top100Review business portfolio for the client’s approval.
Please allow Top100Review up to 48 hours to collect the initial information about the business.
The client remains responsible for reviewing the collected information, identifying errors or omissions, supplying or approving media, and approving the completed profile before publication.
Top100Review does not guarantee that publicly available information about a business is complete or accurate.
15. PAYMENTS
Paid services must be paid using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.
Top100Review does not control the payment processor’s systems, availability, security procedures, or separate terms.
Prices, applicable taxes, payment schedule, and any recurring-payment terms will be displayed at checkout.
The purchaser represents that they are authorized to use the payment method provided.
16. REFUNDS
Refunds, if available, are governed by the refund terms disclosed on the applicable sales page or checkout page at the time of purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS
Top100Review does not guarantee any particular number of:
leads, calls, inquiries, customers, sales, contracts, website visits, review submissions, social-media engagement, newsletter clicks, search-engine rankings, impressions, revenue, or other commercial results.
Marketing and directory performance depends on factors outside Top100Review’s control, including consumer demand, geography, competition, the member’s business, search engines, social-media platforms, subscriber behavior, and market conditions.
References to the regular or standalone value of membership components describe pricing or package value and are not promises of financial return.
18. CUSTOMER INQUIRIES
Top100Review may provide forms or other tools through which consumers can contact or submit questions to listed businesses.
Top100Review may transmit those communications to the relevant business.
Top100Review does not guarantee that a consumer will receive a response or that an inquiry will result in a transaction.
Businesses are responsible for responding to inquiries and for all subsequent communications and transactions with consumers.
19. REVIEWS
Top100Review may allow consumers to submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, or other content relating to businesses.
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience or genuine opinion and must not intentionally misrepresent the reviewer’s experience.
Users may not submit or arrange for fake reviews, reviews attributed to nonexistent persons, reviews from persons who did not have the represented experience, or reviews containing materially false representations.
A business may not require a reviewer to express a particular positive or negative sentiment in exchange for compensation or another incentive.
Any material relationship or connection that legally requires disclosure must be disclosed.
Businesses may not use Top100Review to intimidate, threaten, punish, or improperly pressure consumers into removing or changing honest reviews.
Top100Review does not remove a review merely because it is negative or because the reviewed business disagrees with the reviewer’s opinion.
Top100Review may investigate, restrict, reject, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, including content that is fraudulent, clearly false or misleading, unrelated to the business, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, unlawful, or that improperly discloses confidential or private information.
The FTC’s Consumer Review Fairness Act protects consumers’ ability to express honest opinions, while the FTC’s Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule prohibits practices including fake reviews, purchasing reviews conditioned on positive or negative sentiment, certain undisclosed insider reviews, and certain forms of review suppression.
20. REVIEW DISPUTES
A business may report a review that it reasonably believes violates these Terms.
A disagreement with a reviewer’s opinion, dissatisfaction, or interpretation is not by itself sufficient grounds for removal.
Top100Review may request supporting information from the reviewer, business, or both parties.
Top100Review may determine whether content violates its platform rules, but it is not a court and does not adjudicate private legal disputes between reviewers and businesses.
21. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of original content that you submit to Top100Review.
By submitting content, you grant Top100Review a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve Top100Review and the applicable business listing or service.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Top100Review.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and permit Top100Review to use it as described in these Terms.
22. BUSINESS MEDIA AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Businesses may submit logos, photographs, videos, trademarks, written materials, and other media for use in their listings and promotions.
By submitting or approving such material, the business represents that it owns the material or has sufficient permission to allow Top100Review to use it.
The business grants Top100Review permission to reproduce, resize, format, display, publish, and distribute approved media as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased services.
23. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT
Users and businesses may not use Top100Review to engage in fraud, impersonation, deceptive practices, unlawful advertising, harassment, threats, discrimination, intellectual-property infringement, spam, malware distribution, manipulation of reviews or ratings, unauthorized scraping, interference with the website, or other unlawful or abusive conduct.
Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, databases, administrative systems, or other restricted portions of Top100Review.
Top100Review may investigate suspected violations and may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities when legally required.
24. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.
You must promptly notify Top100Review if you believe an account has been compromised or used without authorization.
Top100Review may require additional verification before permitting material changes to a business listing or account.
25. CLAIMING A BUSINESS
Top100Review may permit an owner or authorized representative to claim or manage a business listing.
Top100Review may request information reasonably necessary to verify the claimant’s relationship with the business.
Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.
A person claiming a business represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of that business.
26. MODIFICATION OR REMOVAL OF LISTINGS
Top100Review may correct obvious formatting or technical errors and may suspend or remove a listing where reasonably necessary because of:
fraud; impersonation; illegal activity; material misrepresentation; repeated violation of these Terms; misuse of reviews; infringement; a legitimate legal requirement; closure of the business; or safety or security concerns.
Where appropriate, Top100Review may request additional information before taking action.
27. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Top100Review may link to or integrate with third-party services including business websites, social-media platforms, mapping services, payment processors, analytics providers, email platforms, or other services.
Top100Review does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, policies, or actions.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.
28. FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOCIAL PLATFORMS
Top100Review Facebook Groups and promotional benefits operate through a third-party platform.
Top100Review is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook or Meta unless expressly stated otherwise.
Facebook or Meta may change platform functionality, algorithms, visibility, policies, group features, account access, or other functionality at any time.
Top100Review does not guarantee any particular reach, impressions, engagement, leads, or search visibility from Facebook Group activity.
29. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By providing an email address in connection with an account, purchase, listing, inquiry, or service, you agree to receive transactional and service-related communications necessary to administer that activity.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the choices provided to recipients.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the method provided in those communications.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily stop transactional messages relating to purchases, accounts, listings, security, or requested services.
30. PRIVACY
Top100Review’s collection and use of personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy.

31. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF TOP100REVIEW
The Top100Review name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, software, databases, page layouts, branding, and other original Top100Review materials are owned by or licensed to Top100Review and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit Top100Review materials without permission.
32. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY COMPLAINTS
If you believe content on Top100Review infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact:
Your notice should identify the protected work, identify the allegedly infringing material, explain the basis of the complaint, and provide sufficient contact information for Top100Review to respond.
Top100Review may remove or restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a legitimate complaint.
33. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
Top100Review may perform maintenance, modify features, correct technical problems, or update the platform.
Top100Review does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Temporary outages, third-party failures, hosting problems, security events, maintenance, or other technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
34. CHANGES TO SERVICES
Top100Review may introduce, modify, replace, or discontinue features as the platform develops.
Any material changes affecting a paid membership will be handled consistently with the applicable purchase terms and applicable law.
Top100Review will not use this provision to impose a recurring annual Founders membership fee on a valid Founders Lifetime membership.
35. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Top100Review may suspend or terminate an account, membership, listing, or platform access for material violation of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, review manipulation, misuse of the platform, nonpayment, security concerns, or other substantial abuse.
Where reasonable under the circumstances, Top100Review may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation.
Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent fraud, unlawful activity, harm, security risks, or continued misuse of the platform.
Termination for a user’s breach does not automatically create a right to a refund.
36. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Top100Review and its services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
Top100Review does not make warranties regarding the accuracy of every third-party statement, uninterrupted website operation, availability of every listed business, outcome of consumer transactions, commercial success of a member, or results from search engines, newsletters, advertising, Facebook Groups, or other promotional channels.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
37. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top100Review will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or transactions between users and listed businesses.
Top100Review is not responsible for the acts, omissions, workmanship, representations, products, services, injuries, property damage, contract disputes, payment disputes, or other conduct of independent businesses listed on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Top100Review’s aggregate liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the claimant to Top100Review for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits such a limitation.
38. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, a business user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Top100Review, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from the business user’s unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, false or misleading information submitted by the business, or services performed by the business for consumers.
This provision does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.
39. AGE REQUIREMENT
Accounts, business memberships, and purchases are intended for persons who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
40. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica , without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
Any court proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought in the courts having jurisdiction in Costa Rica, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
41. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.
42. NO WAIVER
A failure by Top100Review to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
43. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, checkout terms, refund terms, and any written terms specifically applicable to a purchased service, constitute the agreement between Top100Review and the user concerning the applicable service.
If a specific written term shown at checkout conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the specific checkout term controls with respect to that purchase.
44. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Top100Review may update these Terms when reasonably necessary because of changes to the platform, services, business practices, technology, or applicable law.
The updated Terms will display a revised Effective Date.
Where legally required, Top100Review will provide additional notice before a material change becomes effective.
Changes will not retroactively convert a one-time Founders Lifetime purchase into an annually recurring Founders membership.
